Isabelle is an Executive Coach at Lugh & Co, where she supports female executives when their business models face highly transformative challenges such as ecological and energy transition, digital transformation, and mergers & acquisitions. She acts as a “sparring partner,” leveraging her expertise in management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and her experience with new models of corporate governance. Isabelle also founded Wise & Brave, a brand-new consulting firm that offers decision-makers a range of services to approach the sustainable development of their organizations with confidence.
Isabelle is also a yoga teacher, a discipline she has been practicing for over 30 years, and she shares the valuable benefits of yoga through her coaching. Before becoming a coach, Isabelle spent 30 years working in international advertising agencies in Paris and London.
